We use temperature-controlled packaging and vacuum-seal our products to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in peak condition. All items are packed in insulated liners with cold packs to maintain optimal freshness during transit.
What is your standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Bird Rock ships to all 50 U.S. states. Due to the perishable nature of our food products and customs regulations, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products suitable for specific dietary restrictions?
We provide detailed ingredient lists and allergen warnings on every product page. While we offer many gluten-free and vegan options, please note that our facility processes nuts, dairy, and wheat.
