Please note that for safety and health reasons, all food items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened food items in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
